Visited Veterans Ford for an oil change on our 2020 Ford Transit 250. Everyone was super helpful Jack Mcclosky took care of us. Had the job done in about a quarter of the time estimated. I also visited the parts dept and all of my questions were answered by Achille Cristiano.

The transmission failed on my 2018 F-150. We are from Minnesota and down in Florida for the winter when this happened. We took it to Veterans Ford after calling them. Our service advisor, Jack McCloskey did an excellent job taking care of us and coordinating getting the repair done as quickly as possible as it is our only means of transportation. Thank you to him and the power train service technician for doing a great job!
