Update January/2024 Manager called me, wait 500 miles for the transmission to adjust and calibrate. Will see what happens later. Everyone has the right to mistake. This was lack of communication. Update Dec/2023 I continue having transmission issues with the vehicle after replacement. I do not see they are able to fix. Several times being told nothing is wrong wit it. Jerking and rough shifting transmission not always happening. Waiting for the vehicle to stop at any time making it very unreliable to be drive. A waste of time and money. Updated review. They go for 5 STARS! LORENZO WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. Update on April/7/2020 Mr. Lorenzo Pena came to me and apologized. They pick up the car in my house and delivered. They took care of all the related problems with the car such as the transmission issue, the tires, the filter, and others. This have been a learning lesson for all of us. For me to pay more attention to details when purchasing a car (now I know they sell rentals) and for the dealer to listen to the consumers when the address you with an issue. We will return to the dealer as costumers. April/3/2020. I never ever imagined that a FORD dealer will sell me a "RENTAL" like Mr. Lorenzo Pena did, a very dishonest person. The car was in awful condition with multiple mechanical problems. The car was DIRTY and FILTHY, the bottoms in the radio were nasty, the seat dirt, there were no carpets, the one in the trunk was ripped. When replaced the cabin filter it was the one from the factory in a car with 70000 miles, I can't believe you jeopardize my family to breathe that ( I have pictures). The tire you said you replaced and stated as new, it was used ( I have pictures). Many, many other problems with this car. You charge me with a whopping amount of more than 12,000 dollars for a car that doesn't worse it. The transmission problems are still there, you couldn't fix it after multiples trips to your dealer. The tire you installed was not new as promised and of course different from the other three tires. You provided me with a spare key, after two hours waiting, but not before complaining that a month past from purchasing the car, but remember you promised. I hope people read my review and be aware of the bad practice vendor you are. I wouldn't lie to anybody the way you did it. I hope Ford Motor listens and does something about it. Do you know how much we have to work to pay for a car? you should not do that to costumers. Read others review, this dealer did the same thing to other costumers, selling cheap rentals with the front name of a BIG FORD DEALER. You did the same thing as EZ motors did, selling me Fiesta with a defective transmission.
